Taking care of your swimsuit:

Racing suits should be worn only during your competition not during training. Make sure your suit is never be rolled up in a towel or placed in a wet towel in your swim bag.  These suits need to dry out quickly and should be hung up promptly and should not remain damp for long periods of time.

Sizing your suit:

It is best to size down to a very tight fit as all of these of these suits relax with wear.

Pre-Race Routine Tip:

While standing behind the block don’t forget your “Power Pose” (making yourself look larger for two minutes to change your confidence) as defined by Dr. Amy Cuddy in her Ted Talk. A quick confidence boost always helps a swimmers performance.
